Dozy Dotes like most companies start with just one single idea. In this case Renee Campbell, now owner of Dozy Dotes, was just an ordinary Mom who was looking for some fun furniture for her two children. She searched furniture stores and all over the internet and was not able to find what she was looking for. When she did find some small store or business that sold children's furniture the selections were limited and the quality was not very good either. After pondering over her frustrations Renee was then inspired to begin her own company that sold children's furniture. "I realized that the furniture industry wasn't very accommodating or creative so I decided to start my own business offering a variety of children's chairs in styles and colors that parents like me would want." With experience of building furniture as a young girl under her belt and the help of her husband who was familiar with the furniture industry Renee began her venture into creating Dozy Dotes.
Of course being a Mom Renee drew her inspiration for her products from her children. Also being a mother herself Renee knew what her customers would be looking for in products for their children.Dozy Dotes provides a variety of reclining chairs for kids in an array of colors and patterns to fit a child's tastes perfectly. When asked what inspired her to make child sized reclining chairs Renee said, "Kids love to emulate their parents and they also love motion and movement. We knew that the hard rocking chairs of yesteryear were really not what today's children were looking for." Renee has taken this business to new heights. Dozy Dotes is now stretching its sales to Canada where the market for children's furniture was as sparse as ours was here in the United States was a few years ago. Dozy Dotes has also been a featured company at the Las Vegas Kids ABC Expo where Renee has been able to show off the Dozy Dotes products and receive some exposure from perspective companies and promoters. As Dozy Dotes has grown and developed into a larger company Renee has not forgotten to give back to the community and helped her company grow. Dozy Dotes constantly gives back to the community by donating their products, "We donate chairs to local schools, churches, charitable organizations and children with special needs we even encourage coupons for parents of children with special needs."
Though Dozy Dotes has reached success and has grown significantly since they started they have not stopped themselves on meeting every customers needs and giving them each the best service possible. They also have continued their goal of providing unique quality products by continually creating new products. Dozy Dotes is currently developing a line of reclining chairs for adults that come with matching chairs for kids. This idea is just one of many that Dozy Dotes is developing and they will continue to bring new and exciting for children. As Renee said, "'our goal is to provide ultimate quality with unlimited choices' is our tag line but our mission is to bring joy to children and confidence to shoppers."
